To Travel Is Better Than to Arrive

Yesterday I went to the movies with my family and we all voted up for this movie, Step Up 3D. It's a must see movie, not only because of the great break dancing moves, but because of its really good themes.

The different themes sum up in this very last quote, it's just my favorite.

"Some famous guy once said, to travel is better than to arrive, and i was like what!? Cause i used to think that there's only one path to take you to where you wanna be in life, but if you choose that one path, doesn't mean you have to abandon all the other ones. I realize that it's actually what happens along the way that counts; the stumbles, the falls and the friendships. It's the journey, not the destination. I guess, just trust the future will work itself out like it's supposed to."  -Moose

Hope you watch it!!!

See Ya at the Next Stop!

Sunday, February 13th 2011

Departure day.

I'm sure we all had a mix of emotions that specific day. Before jumping into the plane, we were all excited to be back home with our family and friends and finally have our own rooms with our own bathrooms! And off all of a sudden, we were all sad and nostalgic because we realized this trip was already over.

For some of us it was the longest time out of Panama, the farthest away from home or even the first time traveling without mom and dad. It truly was a great experience and we sure had an AWESOME time! This is something that we'll never forget and will always keep living in our memories and heart.

Not only we learned history and visit important places and museums, we learned something more valuable, real friendship. Even though we've been together for almost 12 years, I got to know some people by the way they really are and not as the people I only knew as my classmates.

I also have to thank out teachers, Madame Concepcion and Yapsia Serrano for being there for us 24/7 and helping us anytime we had trouble.

Now, remember that you are also aboard on this railway of time! Trains never make a full stop, but they always have short stops. In the way new people get in, some get off,  and some jump into the train to meet new places. So, see ya at the next stop okay?

Heading back home!

Finalmente hemos llegado a Madrid!!!
